Xenometrics: Xenometrics sells to French buyer

Stilwell-based Xenometrics LLC has sold to a French buyer, Citoxlab Group. Financial details were not disclosed. Both companies are nonclinical contract research organizations, and the deal marks Citoxlab's third acquisition in North America. Citoxlab is a big player in the market, with $148 million in consolidated revenues. With the acquisition, it now has seven facilities that employ more than 1,200 people.
