Wsiindustries: Polaris to acquire WSI Industries

Polaris Industries Inc. is set to acquire WSI Industries Inc., according to a joint press release from the Minnesota companies. Polaris will pay almost $24 million for WSI - or almost $7 for every share of outstanding stock. WSI stock closed a $5.15 a share Wednesday.
