Woolsey Companies: Large tenants renew leases at 125 N. Market

Two full-floor tenants have extended their commitment to the 125 N. Market office building in downtown Wichita. Woolsey Energy renewed its lease for the building's 10th floor for another five years. The oil and natural gas exploration company has been a tenant in the building for nearly 18 years. New York Life re-upped its lease of the 16th floor for five years.
