WIN: Bwin Discussing Swapping Win.com for Stake in RisingTide

A New York-based gaming startup co-founded by former Zynga Inc. executive Maytal Olsha is in talks to buy Win.com, the social-gaming arm of online betting group Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment PLC, according to two people familiar with the matter.
