Willamette Community Bank: People's Bank of Commerce to acquire Willamette Community Bank

The deal will expand People's Bank of Commerce's geographic footprint into the Willamette Valley, adding Willamette Community Bank's three branches in Albany, Salem and Lebanon. The deal is still subject to shareholder approval.
