Whitebox Security: SailPoint Technologies to buy California security software maker

SailPoint Technologies Holdings Inc., an Austin software maker, has reached an agreement to acquire Whitebox Security Ltd. Whitebox Security is a developer of data-access-governance software designed to protect data. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to a Wednesday news release.
