West Penn Testing Group: West Penn Testing Group to add 70 jobs in Ellabell

Material testing services provider West Penn Testing Group will open a facility in Ellabell, Ga., and create 70 new jobs over the next five years. The New Kensington, Pa.-based company will also invest $3 million into the facility, according to Gov. Nathan Deal.
