Well Service Group: Texas company acquires Well Service Group

A Texas drilling fluids and well services company is acquiring Robinson Township-based Well Service Group Inc. for $75 million. Newpark Resources Inc., (NYSE: NR) is acquiring all the assets, operations and employees of Well Service Group, founded in 2012.
