Assuming the 21st passes with nothing more apocalyptic than the usual pre-Xmas shopping stampede - and, to be fair, that's quite apocalyptic enough - I think it's reasonably safe to say that it's been a good year for Webstruxure. We've completed many interesting projects. Most of these work away quietly behind the scenes, but among public-facing projects we've completed in 2012 are: Rightcar Mobile development CherryTree public website update Dart Consulting website content Peter Walls website review VI Assets website Kidsco website - a Site Porter job What about our behind-the-scenes work? It tends to fall into three categories: Web development work for clients who prefer not to have their projects publicised Back-end integration work that helps applications, databases and web services work together behind the scenes Helping organisations with the development of web strategies, website content guidelines and other web governance policies. Right now, we have projects in progress or about to start that include moving Windows applications onto the web , creating a search facility for semi-structured data along the lines of the REAA decision search but as part of a new site we're building, helping a large institution integrate its back-end applications with its new CMS, and writing a series of user guides to a new online application. We don't do everything related to the web - but we do a lot. Whether you're wanting help with strategy , content or solutions , please get in touch . If we don't hear from you this year, we hope to hear from you in 2013. If you're taking a break, have a great break - and if you aren't, enjoy all the work you'll be able to do while the office is quiet!
