Webcrafters: Webcrafters to cut at least 20% of its workforce in Madison, Westport

Madison book manufacturing company Webcrafters said Monday that a drop in business from a major customer will result in the elimination of about 20 percent of its workforce. The company has about 400 employees, so the cuts will affect about 80 workers. Company management intends to offer voluntary separation packages to reduce the number of involuntary separations.
