Evernote is a great tool to use as a knowledge management system. Evernote (http://evernote.com/) is an online note-based system that: Captures notes, documents, web pages, images and sound files Allows the content to be accessed across your computers, phones and tablets Has search functionality to quickly find relevant knowledge within the content My partner and I use Evernote to keep track of everything including: shopping lists coding tricks strategy ideas for the business films to watch interesting ideas Evernote is also available as an IPhone and IPad app. So if you have a brainwave while you're away from your computer, you can simply record it in your phone. Or you could access your list of ideas while you're chatting with a client to help you find a solution you may have overlooked. Evernote is free for individual users.
