VPS: CorTech acquires diversity temp staffing provider

Staffing provider CorTech International acquired Milwaukee-based Victory Personnel Services Inc., effective Friday. Victory Personnel, a diversity temporary labor payroll provider for the Fortune 1000, provides professional, administrative and clerical staffing.
