Visual Communications (VCI) is pleased to see the integrated 'Electronic Messaging Center (EMC)' specified in our signage design, which links 6 parking lots in Como Regional Park completed. The system is the first of its kind in the upper Midwest. As the EMC signage is specific to Como Regional Park, VCI also designed an entire "all city" Signage Master Plan for the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department. Included are identification, wayfinding, and regulatory signage. The Case Study can help others understand and create similar systems.
