Viridis: Viridis Learning pulls in almost $7.5 mln

New York-based Viridis Learning Inc, which uses data analytics to match students and employers, has raised nearly $7.5 million in funding. The investors included Salesforce Ventures and Thayer Ventures. In addition to the funding, Viridis has added Caretha Coleman to its board of directors.
