Vinaigrette: Vinaigrette owner opens Santa Fe general store

Erin Wade, who struck a chord with Santa Fe and Albuquerque restaurant-goers with her Vinaigrette restaurants in each city, is opening a throwback general store in the City Different, according to a report in the Santa Fe New Mexican.
