Vaultive: Newton-based CyberArk continues string of local security acquisitions

CyberArk Software Ltd. (Nasdaq: CYBR), an Israeli-founded security company with U.S. headquarters in Newton, continues its streak of local cybersecurity acquisitions with the purchase of Boston-based Vaultive Inc. Vaultive was founded in New York, but moved its headquarters to Boston in 2015. At the time, Vaultive employed about 40 people, including in its research and development center in Israel.
