One of the largest mixed-use developments planned in Greater Cincinnati took a big step forward last week. The joint venture formed by Al Neyer LLC and Vandercar Holdings LLC closed on its purchase of 98 acres of land in Blue Ash that formerly served as the runway for the Blue Ash airport.
