A Michigan-based buyer has snapped up the historic building at 300 W. Pratt St. for $7.36 million after just 37 days on the market. ValStone Partners, a private equity investment firm based in Birmingham, Mich., closed July 31 on the purchase of the nearly 69,000-square-foot property near Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
