Universal Photonics: Universal Photonics Earns ISO 9001:2015 Certification

CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y.-Universal Photonics, a global manufacturer and distributor of surfacing and polishing technology, announced that its Central Islip, N.Y. manufacturing and distribution facility has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification. While Universal Photonics has always operated under strict standards, certification of the Central Islip facility completes the goal of companywide ISO 9001:2015 certification. UPI's Vernon, N.Y. facility, JH Rhodes, certified since 2001, was the first New York manufacturer of precision surfacing materials to achieve ISO 9001 certification. It is currently certified with the latest ISO 9001:2015 version.
