Universal Biosensors, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Mullin to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mullin brings to UBI deep experience from an outstanding career of executive leadership in diverse industries and roles as well as Board governance positions. He was most recently CEO of the Comfort Group and prior to that spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at ANZ Bank, including Managing Director for E*Trade. His experience also includes financial management roles at Orica, Yates and P&O. Current Chief Financial Officer Salesh Balak will assume the role of Company Secretary and Corporate Advisor. Salesh has served the Company for 17 years and acknowledge his dedication and expertise.
