Union Engineering: Pentair buys CO2 filtration business

Pentair said Tuesday it has acquired Union Engineering A/S, a Danish carbon-dioxide filtration business. Pentair (NYSE: PNR), whose operational headquarters are based in Golden Valley, didn't put a price on the deal, the Star Tribune reports. Union has 185 employees.
