Risk-weighted assets fell 8.2% to $483.3bn over the same period. UBS reported a CET 1 capital ratio of 14.3% as of 31 March 2025, down from 14.8% at the end of Q1 2024. On 10 April 2025, a $0.90 per share dividend was approved and paid on 17 April to shareholders on record as of 16 April. UBS repurchased $500m in Q1, plans another $500m in Q2, and targets up to $2bn in H2 2025.
