Yesterday was a most amazing day, I finally had the opportunity to do an official model shoot. Though neither of us had any experience if doing this we both were very excited to see what would come of it. My wife and I arrived early and just worked on some different camera settings and lighting options so that when Alicia arrived we were ready to go!The first set of shots we wanted to tell a story, a story of a women who may have just spent her last night with her lover, maybe they were leaving for war or just off for a trip for work, use your imagination. We wanted it to look kinda old school, maybe '20s - '30s era with her hair yet with her tattoos represent today as well.Alicia to me just has that look you want in a model, eyes, cheeks, long neck, it was easy for me to take these photos, it was like taking pictures of your favorite pie sitting on a table, everything is right there all you have to do is shoot it. Next we moved to the shots on the pool table, here we really had nothing planned accept to have fun with the shots and experiment with some different angles. The nice thing about working with Alicia was her too try what ever we asked and then just knock out of the park. At the ned of the day we took over 100 pictures and I ended up with 45 edited shots and about ten that I really think stood out.
