After getting no proposals to reopen the cafeteria in their government building, Grand Rapid, MI, and Kent County are planning to just up the number of vending options available to employees and visitors. The cafeteria has been closed since April of this year. Just goes to show how much people are starting to turn more towards the convenience of snacking.
