My grandad, Dick Gilpin, was an illustrator in Oklahoma city from 1952 to 1989. One of his notable clients was Oklahoma State University. He was contracted to illustrate numerous football programs, advertisements, book covers, etc. I don't have a ton of his work, but I've done my best to catalog his work here.I made a recent connection with Oklahoma State University and we brainstormed a print project that kinda fell through. My father, Greg Gilpin, and I jointly created an illustration in the likeness of my grandfathers football program style. This is a project that although didn't go to print, I am very proud of.
