Tawazun Industrial Park LLC, on behalf of Tawazun Safety Security and Disaster Management City LLC (TSSDMC), hereby invite suitable Contractors with commensurate experience to undertake the Main Contract Works, including Infrastructure for the Jaheziya Development Program or Tawazun Safety Security and Disaster Management City (TSSDMC) Development Program. The new site for the TSSDMC development is located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and is situated on Plot 302 in the ICAD IV Industrial Zone along the Mussafah Channel.The project will cover an area of approximately 100 hectares and will be built as an Integrated Disaster Management City consisting of various training zones and support buildings with a built-up area of approximately 45,000m2. The scope of work includes the civil, structural, architectural works, MEP,finishes, testing/commissioning, external works, hard/soft landscaping.
