Tide Blog Duplicate Payment - money taken from account without authorisation

Somebody has reached out and I have now been waiting over an hour for a response. I'm really worried about this from both the money and a security point of view. Tide have transferred money out of my account that was not instigated by me which is a huge huge breach of trust and security. I think someone better call me urgently.
