Tech startup MyAlerts Inc., which lets consumers track products online and receive notifications of price drops and other changes, has been sold to private equity firm Think3 for an undisclosed amount. Minneapolis-based MyAlerts is led by Doug Berg, a serial entrepreneur whose past ventures include Jobs2Web, a tech company sold to SuccessFactors for $110 million.
