The Rowland Group: System One purchases staffing firm with offices in the southwest

System One, a Pittsburgh-based staffing firm, announced this week that it had acquired another staffing firm with offices in Oklahoma and Texas. The acquired firm, the Rowland Group, will become a System One division and continue to operate under its current brand.
