The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation: Tower Foundation supports online learning disabilities resource

A Buffalo foundation is playing a national role in helping to treat and provide resources for learning disabilities. The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation is part of a collaboration by 15 nonprofit organizations across the nation aimed at helping children with learning and attention issues.
