A Columbus investment firm is expanding in the Arena District. Joseph Group Capital Management has signed a seven-year lease extension at the Marconi Square building south of Nationwide Arena, with plans to knock down a wall and add 1,600 square feet to its roughly 4,000-square-foot space.
