Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until skin gets crispy and chicken is cooked through. If a crispier chicken is desired, place the pan under the broiler, turning chicken once until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring sauce to a boil, whisking to avoid lumps. Simmer on low heat until sauce is slightly thickened. Pour the sauce and chicken into a large bowl and toss to coat. Transfer chicken to a serving platter adding some sauce; sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
