Spread frosting on another dish. Dip and turn glasses in frosting to coat. Dip into graham cracker crumbs to coat. Combine creamer and puree in a cocktail shaker; shake to combine. Add vodka and ice. Shake well and strain into 4 glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
