PULLED PORK SLIDERS 2014-08-26 11:25:08 Serves 6 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 2 pounds pork tenderloin 1 bottle pale ale 12-18 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls Salt & Pepper Homemade BBQ Sauce 1 pouch of The Frosting Queens Crowned Caramel Buttercream Frosting 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp yellow mustard 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin Instructions Salt and pepper pork tenderloin and place in crock pot. Pour beer over meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Strain juice and reserve. In a saucepan, bring sauce ingredients to a boil and then simmer until slightly thickened about 5 minutes. Place shredded pork and 1/2 the sauce into the slow cooker and stir.
