Leo and John Resig, owners of viral-video website The Chive, have dipped their toes into the VC pool for the first time. They plan to add lots of people to their Austin office - voted last year as the coolest in town - because they want to significantly expand how many bars, restaurants and other businesses they reach with their new Atmosphere TV startup.
