RuRu's Tacos & Tequila is bringing its twist on Mexican food to Myers Park. The eatery is slated to open on Thursday in The Villa, located at 715 Providence Road. "We want the food to be fantastic, but we also want this beautiful rustic backdrop," says Chelsea Kern, general manager and operating partner. RuRu's is being developed by Atlanta-based Concentrics Restaurants and Charlotte restaurateur Martin Sprock, who lives in the Myers Park neighborhood. "He just wanted the character," Kern says.…
