TCIL: Rajiv Gupta takes interim charge as TCIL chief

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has on Monday appointed Rajiv Gupta as the new Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) chairman-cum-managing director (CMD) for a period of three months.
