Syscom Telecom: Boca Raton wireless operator acquires Syscom Telecom

Phoenix Tower International (PTI), a wireless infrastructure company based in Boca Raton, acquired Miami's Syscom Telecom LLC on Dec. 28 in a deal that added more than 80,000 small cell deployment sites to PTI's U.S. network.
