Here is a sight we have seen all too often. Tucked alongside the walls that define the office are rows of gray, beige or black filing cabinets. Universally, they are stuffed to the gunnels with aging papers destined never to be needed, never to be found. It is, indeed, a sad state of affairs. Rather like the Army warehouse in the "Raiders of the Lost Ark" movie, eh? Only cleaner.
