WAYNE, PA-Synergy Hospitality has assumed management of Hampton Inn by Hilton Philadelphia International Airport following the recapitalization of the hotel by Versant Commercial Brokerage, Inc. The tenant-in-common (TIC) investors opted to replace their former hotel manager with Synergy Hospitality.
