Swift HR Solutions, a 17-year-old Seattle-based company that provides HR services for startups and mid-sized companies, has acquired Colorado-based Summit HR Solutions. Fred Holt, who leads Summit and founded the firm in 2013, will join Swift's leadership team and his four colleagues will also become Swift employees. Former healthcare exec Shannon Swift started Swift HR in 2014. The company employs more than 30 people. Swift also sits on the board for the Washington Technology Industry Association.
