Supertech Limited: Kotak Investment Advisor to invest Rs 450 crore in Supertech's project, Noida authority approves proposal

Kotak Investment Advisor Ltd (KIAL) has agreed to invest Rs 450 crore in Supertech's stalled project in sector 94, Noida. KIAL will also pay Rs 310 crore to existing lenders to resume construction, which has faced numerous delays. The project, spanning 5 million sq ft, is currently 50% complete and includes the tallest residential tower in NCR. When finished, it is expected to generate revenue exceeding Rs 7,000 crore.
