Superloop: Superloop streamlines digital experience for partners

Superloop's recently launched Partner Program, is now accessible via a self-service portal called Krypton, that delivers a streamlined digital experience for partners to access.Vanessa Langfield, Superloop head of channel sales told ARN since launching the Superloop brand in 2023, interest in its products and solutions has grown."We wanted to meet this demand, so we stood up a team to build on the insights and success from our Exetel program and created a Superloop program," said Langfield. "We saw this as an opportunity to focus on the self-service aspect and enhance the experience for partners, and [this] program is our chance to do this."According to Langfield the Superloop Partner Portal, will be "simple to navigate" and includes an expanded product portfolio, with security offerings and troubleshooting capabilities. It features six key initiatives designed to give partners "benefits and a competitive edge"."We're always looking for opportunities to evolve the platform, too," she said. "As new partners join, we're eager to listen to them and take on board their feedback so we can grow together. We've even built in a section for this in the portal, and we have a dedicated team who act on feedback from our partners."The telco has "been busy over the past year building the foundations and capabilities required to launch our its partner program", noted Langfield. However the portal won't replace Superloop account managers who work with partners."Our partners will still have access to a dedicated Account Manager," said Langfield. "Our goal was to create a portal where partners could self-serve and have freedom and flexibility, but we know that having the Account team on hand is a crucial part of the experience too."The Superloop Partner Program was also designed to consolidate the tools, systems, and partners under one brand, offering flexible contract options, digital experience and enhanced support. It's also structured to provide maximum flexibility and support to its partners and is open to all IT channel organisations in the small to medium market.Since inception in 2014, the Superloop DNA has been "wholesale" and its partners continue to play a crucial role in its success, she explained."They work hand-in-glove with businesses across the country to set them up for success, ensuring they've got safe, reliable, high-speed internet," said Langfield. "We know this is a crucial service, and we're doing everything we can to support these partners and help them unleash the power of connectivity for business."IT services and consulting group Sol1 was a part of the partner consultation on the updated program, said its managing partner Dave Kempe.
