Stouffer Realty: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices expands with merger with Stouffer in northeast Ohio

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the Preferred Realty is merging into northeastern Ohio with Stouffer Realty, creating a larger firm with more reach. The company announced the move today in what was characterized as an acquisition of Stouffer by Berkshire Hathaway that will create a brokerage superpower of more than 2,100 agents and over 60 offices serving 22 counties in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio."
