Stein Industries: Retail fixture maker Stein buys $7.4M site for expansion

Stein Industries is expanding to a 120,000-square-foot industrial building in Brooklyn Park that it bought for $7.38 million. Carlson Store Fixtures, a division of Brooklyn Park-based Stein, will move from a smaller facility it leases at 9300 75th Ave. N. in Brooklyn Park to the larger building at 7500 Setzler Parkway N., according to Stein owner Tom Meyers.
