StartMesh one of the world's first global Venture Catalysts founded in 2014, de-risks the challenge of global commercialisation by wrapping the technology start-up with a seasoned and experienced global team based in many major cities and all continents which become a virtual low-cost on-demand extension of the portfolio company. We have historically funded these start-ups directly with sophisticated investors. In 2016, a number of our Australian investors suggested that we establish an Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership, which now provides tax free returns on all dividends and capital gains to the investors in the fund. The StartMesh Innovation Fund was approved in May 2016 as a tax-free fund with Innovation Australia and complies as an approved fund for the Australian Significant Investor Visa Programme. To launch the fund we invited investors from all corners of Australia to join us at either the Melbourne or Sydney event during June.
