Electronic signature company DocuSign has officially opened a Chicago office after buying Chicago startup SpringCM last July. Last year DocuSign bought Chicago software maker SpringCM for $220 million. On Wednesday, the San Francisco company announced that it is officially moving into SpringCM's current location at 180 N.
