Spatial Energy: DigitalGlobe buys Spatial Energy

Satellite imagery company DigitalGlobe announced that it is acquiring a former partner, Spatial Energy, for an undisclosed sum. Spatial Energy was founded in 2005 by two DigitalGlobe veterans and is focused on servicing the energy industry.
