Spark Connected: Semtech Settles Lawsuit With Spark Connected

Camarillo-based semiconductor developer Semtech and wireless power company Spark Connected said the two companies have settled their intellectual property dispute. Financial details of the settlement were not announced. Spark Connected had sued Semtech in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas over patent infringement, in Case No. 4:18-cv-00748. The case had been filed in October of 2018. The two said that, as part of the settlement, both parties denied any liability.
