Soon Mining: Soon halts mine development in Ghana

Junior Soon Mining has temporarily delayed mining preparations at its Konongo gold project, in Ghana, due to a nation-wide investigation into illegal mining activities. All mining operations in Ghana have been suspended while the investigation is being conducted, with some mining officials being suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
